PITCHES & PROPOSALS

As standard we will usually send through a basic quote as well as images of the items, however for more intricate or larger scale enquiries our team are able to put together detailed proposals and mood boards when necessary.  

FLOOR PLANS

If you have a floor plan and dimensions of your venue we are more than happy to draw up a basic 2D scale floor plan with our furniture added so that you can rest assured that the furniture is going to fit perfectly. It also speeds up install time and means our delivery team can discretely get on with the install with minimum input from you or if you cannot be there for the delivery. 

DELIVERY & INSTALLATION

Our delivery team has been with us since the beginning. They know all the nooks and crannies of London’s most prestigious venues ensuring swift and efficient delivery and install. As standard we will quote for a full & bespoke 24/7 delivery and installation service based on the event information we receive from you, meaning there is no need for you to get your hands dirty.

Common things to consider would be, venue address with accurate delivery & setup times. A venue floorplan with dimensions and images are always extremely useful for our team. Any loading restrictions unique to the venue, for example, are there stairs or lifts that will need to be used? Is there easy access and parking for large vans outside the venue?

We will then take all the information and our expert team will then make suggestions of furniture styles that will fit with your brief and venue perfectly and also make sure that you have allowed for the perfect sized bars and amount of furniture for the number of guests attending, usually accompanied with a floor plan and images or a mood board. We will check availability of our stock and send through a quote usually within 24hrs for you to check through and let us know of any changes or adjustments that need to be made. (please note we do not hold any stock until confirmation is signed and deposit is paid)

Confirm Your Booking

Let us know you would like to confirm and who to address the invoice too and a PO number (if applicable), and we will double check that your stock is still available and then send through a confirmation document for you to sign with our terms and conditions as well as a deposit invoice. As standard we require all bookings to be fully paid prior to your event. If you have arranged your own courier and would like to collect and return directly from our warehouse, we will require a refundable damage deposit.
